Before and After School Care Information - Updated 7/24!
Dear Raider Families,
I’m excited to share some great news for our school community. Thanks to newly released federal grant funding through the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) program, Shenandoah School Corporation is now able to offer our Before and After School Program free of charge to all participating families for the 2025–2026 school year!
This funding allows us to continue and expand high-quality programming for students in grades K–8 beyond the traditional school day. Our Out of School Time Program provides a safe, structured environment with opportunities for academic support, enrichment activities, social-emotional learning, and healthy snacks — all led by caring and qualified staff members.
We recognize how important before and after school care is to our families, and we’re proud to remove the financial barrier that may have prevented some from participating in the past. Whether you need care every day or just occasionally, we’re here to support your family's needs.
More information about registration, hours of operation, and programming details can be found on our website here.
If you have any additional questions, please contact the Program Director, Brittnee Holloway at bholloway@shenandoah.k12.in.us or Chandler Cross, Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment at ccross@shenandoah.k12.in.us.
Sincerely,
Jake Wiese
Superintendent
